CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br /> <br />City Planner Matthew Bachler called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present: Chair Dan Erickson, Commissioners Brendan O’Meara, David Radziej and Sheila <br />Bennett Kilander <br /> <br />Also Present: City Planner Matthew Bachler and Deputy Clerk Jolene Trauba <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to accept the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to accept the June 6, 2018 meeting minutes as presented. <br /> <br />4. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Business Retention and Expansion Program <br /> <br />City Planner Bachler stated that this item was on the agenda to allow for updates on business visits. <br />The Commissioners noted no updates. <br /> <br />B. New Business Update <br /> <br />City Planner Bachler mentioned that three businesses have opened in Arden Hills: Able Energy, <br />Dunn Brothers and Old National Bank. He noted that Old National Bank was actually a name <br />change for the former Anchor Bank. <br /> <br />City Planner Bachler said the new mugs and handouts were ready to bring to new businesses. <br /> <br />Chair Dan Erickson said he would visit the new businesses. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
