ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – January 10, 2018 19 <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott updated the Planning Commission on activities from the November 27, <br />2017 City Council Regular Meeting stating the City Council approved Planning Case 17-024 for <br />a PUD Amendment at 1160 County Road E. The approval will allow Arden S quare to complete <br />site modifications to accommodate a drive-thru lane for Dunn Brothers Coffee. The City Council <br />approved amendments to the plans regarding traffic control at the southwest corner of the site, <br />signage illumination, and the size of the wall sign on the south building façade. <br /> <br />Chair Thompson welcomed Councilmember Scott to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission members introduced themselves to Council Liaison Scott. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott thanked each of the Planning Commissioners for their service to the <br />community. <br /> <br />B. Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br />Chair Thompson noted the Planning Commission had an open seat at this time for a member <br />and anyone interested in serving in this capacity were encouraged to contact City Hall for further <br />information. <br /> <br />C. Staff Comments <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Commissioner Jones moved, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, to adjourn the January 10, <br />2018, Planning Commission Meeting at 9:23 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
