The following items <br />summarize feedback obtained from the PTRC: <br /> <br />Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan – Park and Trails Report <br /> <br />The following items will be reviewed and if applicable revised: <br /> <br />· WSB to confirm whether three or four parks are planned for development within TCAAP. <br />· WSB to revise section 9.4.1 Park Renovations and upgrades to reflect feedback provided from <br />the PTRC for each of the city parks. <br />· WSB to revise table 9.1 to reflect current amenities at Valentine Park. <br />· WSB to revise Highway 96 recommended trail and crossing improvements. <br /> <br />Johanna Marsh Park Concept Plans <br /> <br />Three concept plans were presented and reviewed by the PTRC. Following discussion, the PTRC <br />identified Concept 1 – Central Node as the preferred concept. WSB to provide a cost estimate reflecting <br />the improvements provided by the preferred concept. <br />
