Staff is <br />asking for guidance at this time due to the fact that staff is preparing annual business <br />license/registration renewal notification letters, which traditionally are mailed out by the end of <br />October/beginning of November. <br />It should be noted that staff is asking for direction as it relates strictly to the annual renewal for <br />permanent signs and would not affect the City’s requirements regarding an actual permit for a <br />permanent sign erection (the initial sign permit) or a permit for a temporary sign. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
