Communication and Information Survey <br />In June, the Council authorized sending a communication and information survey to all <br />households to get data on communication channels, vehicles and preferences. <br />The survey was developed and sent in mid July in utility billing envelopes to 2,429 <br />households. Additionally, it was sent in utility billing electronic statements using Survey <br />Monkey links to 393 households, for a total of 2,822 households receiving the survey. <br />The survey was open July 12-October 1. The City received 251 responses via paper and <br />76 responses via online links and garnered a total response rate of 12 percent (Unique <br />links to the survey were posted on Facebook and totaled just 13 responses). <br />Data, observations, recommendations and next steps follow.
