ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – SEPTEMBER 24, 2018 5 MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to approve the August 20, 2018, City Council Work Session meeting minutes, August 27, 2018, Special City Council Work Session meeting minutes, August 27, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes; September 10, 2018 Special Executive Closed Session meeting minutes; and September 10, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes as presented.
