One of the permit requirements is to enter into a Maintenance
Agreement covering the maintenance of the new bridge, Bridge 62J17. Maintenance of
this facility is required by our Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Storm Water
Pollution Prevention Permit (SWPPP). It is also consistent with our Public Works
policies to adequately maintain infrastructure. A copy of the agreement is attached.

The existing, deteriorating bridge will be replaced as part of the Old Snelling Avenue
Bridge Replacement Project. The project area is shown on Exhibit A of the agreement.

Attachments
Attachment A: – Maintenance Agreement
