<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-060 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO <br />COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 1031738 <br />WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />FOR STATE PROJECT NO. 6205-39 (T.H. 10=602) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City agrees to provide for payment by the City to the State of the <br />City’s share of the costs of the frontage road and watermain construction and other <br />associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. <br />10 from C.S.A.H. 96 to Trunk Highway No. 35W within the corporate City limits under <br />State Project No. 6205-39 (T.H. 10=062). <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into <br />MnDOT Agreement No. 1031738 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are <br />authorized to execute the Cooperative Agreement. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 22nd DAY OF OCTOBER, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
