Notwithstanding anything herein, this Agreement shall not operate or be interpreted to <br />interfere with the City’s ability to assess the Property in accordance with any provisions <br />provided in state law. In the event that the City invokes such authority with respect to the <br />Property, this Agreement shall not be interpreted as having created any right, interest, or <br />agreement between the County and the City which in any way limits the City’s ability to <br />recoup any amounts otherwise authorized by law. <br /> <br />13. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be deemed given if delivered <br />personally or sent by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, certified and return receipt requested: <br /> <br />a) as to the County Ramsey County Manager’s Office <br />15 West Kellogg Blvd., #250 <br />Saint Paul, MN 55102 <br /> <br />b) as to the City Arden Hills City Hall <br />1245 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills MN 55112 <br /> <br />or at such other address as either party may from time to time notify the other in writing <br />in accordance with this paragraph. <br /> <br />14. This Agreement shall terminate upon the final payment of all special assessment levied <br />against the Property for the Improvement Project if such special assessment is levied. <br />The City agrees to execute and deliver such documents, in recordable form, as are <br />necessary to extinguish its rights hereunder upon receipt of such final payment. <br /> <br />**************************
