Arden Hills Pay Study <br /> <br />The committee reviewed information regarding what the City is currently contributing to <br />health/dental/HSA for employees. Discussed looking at cost of joining Ramsey County plan. For <br />this next renewal period, the committee expressed an interest in not going with an age banded plan <br />again and would like to look at a set dollar contribution toward employee coverage as opposed to a <br />percentage contribution of premium. <br /> <br />Directed staff to gather information on Ramsey County health insurance plan. <br /> <br />The next meeting will be set once information is available from the City’s broker on plan options <br />for 2019. <br /> <br />5.
