ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – OCTOBER 8, 2018 2 <br /> <br />had yet to be reviewed. He indicated the JDA would meet next on Wednesday, October 17. He <br />reported the City would hosting a TCAAP Open Forum on Thursday, November 15 where an <br />update on the Civic Site will be provided. <br /> <br />B. Transportation Update <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka reported the Old Snelling Trail has been delayed <br />due to the rainy weather. She anticipated the project had been delayed by approximately two <br />weeks. <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka stated the rain has delayed the City’s PMP as well, <br />but noted all work would be completed yet this fall. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant asked if the traffic control measures south of Bethel University could be removed. <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka explained the traffic control measures would be <br />removed once the trail was striped. <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka reported work continues on County Road F noting <br />this project would be done mid to late October. <br /> <br />5. Motion to Approve Resolution 2018-037 for Highway 10 Watermain Project Grant <br />Agreement <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Scott seconded a motion <br />to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of <br />all necessary documents contained therein.
