COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott stated the City-sponsored Boo Bash would be held on Saturday, October <br />27 at City Hall at 5:30 p.m. It was noted the cost was $10 per child and registration was open now <br />through Wednesday, October 24. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes reported on Monday, October 15 she attended the Red Bull <br />Headquarters groundbreaking ceremony with Mayor Grant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes commended staff for the time they were investing in the administrative <br />update. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested further information from staff on the reimbursement or <br />credits the City has received in the past. <br /> <br />Finance Director Bauman reported the credit was typically applied to the City in April from the <br />previous year. She explained the number was not very large. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden recommended the Council consider creating a rental ordinance prior to <br />TCAAP developing. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant stated he had a conversation with Jay Barnes at Bethel University where noise and <br />construction around Bethel were discussed. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant commented on the groundbreaking ceremony he attended for the Red Bulls on <br />Monday, October 15. He reported 800 individuals would be training at the new 136,000 square <br />foot facility. He stated it took seven years to get this building planned, designed and for ground to <br />be broken for this $20 million building. He explained the building would be completed in the <br />summer of 2020. <br />
