ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—OCTOBER 22, 2018 4 <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka stated curb and gutter was being installed on the <br /> trail project along Old Snelling this week. She indicated paving could be put in place after the <br /> curbing cures. <br /> Mayor Grant asked how long it would take a curb to cure. <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka explained with the cold weather it may take longer <br /> than normal. She reported it typically takes three to five days. <br /> 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. September 17, 2018, City Council Work Session <br /> B. September 24, 2018, Regular City Council <br /> Councilmember Scott requested a change to the September 24 Regular City Council minutes <br /> noting on the last page his ride along was with a Ramsey County Sheriff and not with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the September 17, 2018, City Council Work Session <br /> meeting minutes; and September 24, 2018, Regular City Council meeting <br /> minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B.
