Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />DATE: December 10, 2018 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />David Perrault, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Sue Polka, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen, Senior Engineering Tech <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Johanna Marsh Park Improvement Project – Payment No. 4 <br /> <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Sources: <br /> $125,000.00 $114,837.00 PIR <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />The City Council is requested to approve Payment No. 4 for the Johanna Marsh Park <br />Improvement Project to Sunram Construction, Inc.in the amount of $24,504.09. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />On May 14, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution 2018-036 Awarding the Johanna Marsh <br />Park Improvement Project to Sunram Construction, Inc. in the amount of $114,837.00. The first <br />three payments in the amount of $83,202.41 were approved by the City Council at the July 23, <br />August 13, and September 24, 2018 meetings. <br /> <br />The project is approximately 99% complete with a majority of the work installed. Five percent <br />is being withheld from the work completed in accordance with the contract documents. The <br />fourth payment is in the amount of $24,504.09. WSB has provided a recommendation to pay the <br />fourth voucher (Attachment A).
