The <br />permanent warming house burned in a fire <br />late this summer. The rink will only be <br />available for hockey this winter. <br />Perry Park’s ice rink will be configured to <br />accommodate both hockey and pleasure <br />skaters. The <br />maximum tax levy increase is set at <br />5%, which equates to a tax levy of <br />$3,976,290. <br />The proposed levy increase goes to <br />support the following: <br />• Two new positions – Recreation <br />Programmer and Senior Engineer- <br />ing Technician. <br />• $100,000 increase for street main- <br />tenance. <br />• Increases in Public Safety con- <br />tracts. <br />• Projected wage and benefit in- <br />creases.
