City of Arden Hills – 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: January 14, 2019 <br />13-12 <br /> <br /> <br />Bethel University and Northwestern College have abundant natural resources and trails <br />that are open for use to the residents of Arden Hills. The City strives to maintain a <br />strong working relationship with both institutions to help ensure long term recreational <br />access to these campuses and to coordinate any changes or expansions with the <br />adjacent residential areas.
