Ramsey County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan, 2018 <br /> <br />Page | 36 <br /> <br />4.1.7 FEMA Major Disaster Declarations <br /> <br /> <br />Another historical perspective is derived <br />from FEMA-declared disasters. 13 major <br />disaster and 3 emergency declarations in <br />Ramsey County have been made <br />between 1957 and July 2018 (Figure 4) <br />Table 12 and Table 13 show the details of <br />the disasters including payments for <br />Public Assistance (PA) and Individual <br />Assistance (IA), listed under the flooding <br />and severe storm profiles. No <br />declarations were made for the other <br />storms listed in the NCEI database. <br />Reviewing the federal payments for <br />damages from the declared disasters is a <br />way of correlating the impact from the <br />NCEI report. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Table 12.
