Ramsey County ECC has <br />recently upgraded to match Saint <br />Paul’s use of the Commander One <br />siren system for suburban Ramsey <br />County. Federal Signal has <br />completed a sound- propagation <br />study and a complete inventory of <br />siren systems in municipal Ramsey <br />County. This information was <br />shared with all the municipalities <br />and those that own outdoor <br />warning sirens have completed the <br />process of upgrading those sirens <br />that were determined to need it. <br />County, <br />municipal <br />funding
