Just-in-Time <br />training has also been developed <br />for use in emergency situations. <br />County, <br />municipal <br />funding <br />14 <br />Severe <br />Winter & <br />Summer <br />Storms <br />Education & <br />Awareness <br />Programs <br />Conduct outreach to <br />provide education & <br />awareness to residents <br />for severe winter, spring <br />& summer storms <br />preparedness, including <br />for individuals, families, <br />schools, and those with <br />access and functional <br />needs. <br />Ongoing High 2018- <br />2022 Ramsey County RCEMHS, <br />SPRCPH <br />Ramsey County EMHS provides <br />regular postings to Facebook/ <br />Twitter on preparedness <br />throughout the year and promotes <br />the annual NWS winter/spring <br />severe weather awareness weeks. <br />In addition, RCEMHS staff provide <br />education information, instruction <br />and outreach to employees and <br />residents of Ramsey County <br />through open houses, training <br />sessions or classes as requested. <br /> <br />Ramsey County EMHS also has a <br />YouTube Channel where “Get <br />Ready Gopher” educational videos <br />on preparedness and severe <br />weather training are posted. These <br />are promoted to the schools as <br />well as the larger public for <br />viewing. Opportunities for <br />additional community outreach <br />may include providing information <br />at community events such as <br />National Night Out or the County <br />Fair. <br />County <br />funding
