APPROVAL OF AGENDAPUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONALThis is an opportunity for citizens to bring to the Council ’s attention any items not currently on the agenda which are relevant to the City. In addressing the Council, you must first state your name and address for the record. To allow adequate time for each person wishing to address the Council, speakers must limit their comments to three (3) minutes. Written documents may be distributed to the Council prior to the meeting to allow a more timely presentation. Speakers should not use obscene, profane, or threatening language, or make personal attacks. The Council may not respond to speaker comments, engage in a debate, or take any action on the issues raised by citizens, but may direct City staff to research or follow up on an issue, if desired by Council. If Council directs further review by staff, the results of that review will be presented at a following regular Council meeting.RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIESSTAFF COMMENTSRice Creek Commons (TCAAP) And Joint Development Authority (JDA) UpdateDave Perrault, City Administrator MEMO.PDFAPPROVAL OF MINUTESJanuary 14, 2019 Special City Council Executive Closed Session
01 -14 -19 -SEC.PDF
January 14, 2019 Special City Council Work Session
01 -14 -19 -SWS.PDF
January 14, 2019 Regular City Council
01 -14 -19 -R.PDF
January 16, 2019 Special City Council Work Session
01 -16 -19 -SWS.PDF
January 22, 2019 City Council Work Session
01 -22 -19 -WS.PDF
January 28, 2019 Regular City Council
01 -28 -19 -R.PDF
CONSENT CALENDAR
Those items listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the
City Council and will be enacted by one motion under a Consent Calendar format.
There will be no separate discussion of these items, unless a Councilmember so
requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the general order of business
and considered separately in its normal sequence on the agenda.
Motion To Approve Claims And Payroll
Gayle Bauman, Finance Director
Pang Silseth, Accounting Analyst
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Approve Resolution 2019 -006 Appointing Planning Commission
Members
Mike Mrosla, City Planner
MEMO.PDF
ATTACHMENT A.PDF
Motion To Approve Ordinance 2019 -002 Amending Chapter 4, Section 4201.01,
Subd. 6 - Animals And Pets
Julie Hanson, City Clerk
Mike Mrosla, City Planner
MEMO.PDF
ATTACHMENT A.PDF
Motion To Approve Retroactive Pay Increase Of Public Works Maintenance
Worker
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Accept Resignations Of Public Works Maintenance Workers
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Authorize Advertising For Public Works Maintenance Worker Position
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Approve Proposal For Professional Services Contract For Hamline
Avenue Crosswalk Design And Construction Services –HR Green
Sue Polka, Public Works Director/City Engineer
MEMO.PDF
ATTACHMENT A.PDF
Motion To Cancel March 11, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting
Julie Hanson, City Clerk
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Approve Resolution 2019 -007 Adopting The Ramsey County Multi -
Hazard Mitigation Plan
Sue Polka, Public Works Director/City Engineer
MEMO.PDF
ATTACHMENT A.PDF
ATTACHMENT B.PDF
ATTACHMENT C.PDF
2018 RAMSEY COUNTY MULTI -HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.PDF
Motion To Accept Resignation Of Public Works Director
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Authorize Advertising For Public Works Director
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
PULLED CONSENT ITEMS
Those items that are pulled from the Consent Calendar will be removed from the
general order of business and considered separately in its normal sequence on the
agenda.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
NEW BUSINESS
Ramsey County Mediation Request Response
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
COUNCIL COMMENTS
ADJOURN
Mayor:David Grant Councilmembers:Brenda Holden Fran HolmesDave McClungSteve Scott Regular City Council AgendaFebruary 25, 20197:00 p.m. City Hall Address:1245 W Highway 96 Arden Hills MN 55112 Phone:651 -792 -7800 Website : www.cityofardenhills.org City VisionArden Hills is a strong community that values its unique environmental setting, strong residential neighborhoods, vital business community, well -maintained infrastructure, fiscal soundness, and our long -standing tradition as a desirable City in which to live, work, and play.CALL TO ORDER1.2.3.4.4.A.Documents:5.5.A.Documents:
5.B.
Documents:
5.C.
Documents:
5.D.
Documents:
5.E.
Documents:
5.F.
Documents:
6.
6.A.
Documents:
6.B.
Documents:
6.C.
Documents:
6.D.
Documents:
6.E.
Documents:
6.F.
Documents:
6.G.
Documents:
6.H.
Documents:
6.I.
Documents:
6.J.
Documents:
6.K.
Documents:
7.
8.
9.
9.A.
Documents:
10.
11.
