RC public <br />Works also works to identify <br />erosion issue areas along roads <br />maintained by the County. <br />Local municipalities work to <br />address erosion/slope <br />stabilization within their <br />communities. <br /> <br />Ramsey County owns property <br />along the southern slope of the <br />Mississippi River bluffs (Plato <br />Building) that is considered <br />critical infrastructure. Both <br />Ramsey County EMHS and <br />Saint Paul/Ramsey County <br />Public Health have <br />Departmental Operations <br />Centers located within this <br />building. Tax collection and <br />election services are also <br />coordinated or managed in this <br />building. <br />County <br />funding, <br />SWCD State <br />Cost-Share <br />Program, and <br />Possible <br />FEMA HMA <br />grant for <br />Slope <br />Stabilization, <br />USDA Grant <br />Funds
