ORDINANCE NO.2019-002 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, <br />SECTION 420.01, SUBD. 6 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />REGARDING NUMBER OF DOGS/CATS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 4 Animals and Pets, Section 420.01 Regulations, Subsection 6. <br />Number of Dogs/Cats, is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br />Chapter 4 — Animals and Pets <br />Section 420.01— Regulations <br />Subd. 6 Number of Dogs/Cats. <br />No person shall keep more than three (3) dogs or three (3) cats on residentially zoned <br />property. The total number of combined licensed animals per residentially zoned property shall not <br />exceed four (4). Up to four (4) domestic animals are permitted in any dwelling unit, but without a <br />residential dog kennel license not more than two (2) may be dogs. Up to three (3) dogs are allowed <br />with a residential dog kennel license. Doiz enclosures may be located only in a rear yard in all zoning <br />districts. <br />SECTION 2.
