CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />�STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 380 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br />THE CONTROL OF ANIMALS <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />CITY CODE OF ARDEN HILLS <br />On the 25th day of September, 2006, <br />the Arden Hil�s City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 380, by four affirmative <br />votes pursuant to Minn Stat. 412.191, <br />Subd 4, and directed City Staff to publish <br />a summary of the Ordinance. <br />Arden Hills Ordinance No. 380 is entitied <br />"Animais and Pets" and will become <br />effective the day following publication of <br />this Ordinance Summary. Ordinance No. <br />380 will amend Chapter 4 of the Arden <br />Hiils City Code. This Ordinance <br />establishes the control of animals and <br />pets for the City of Arden Hills. <br />A copy ot the Ordinance is available for <br />inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City <br />Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, <br />Arden Hills, �A�nnesota 55112.
