ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION—FEBRUARY 19, 2019 3 <br /> Councilmember Holden thought a fall retreat may be good to discuss TCAAP. <br /> Councilmember McClung thought they could table it for now and have another discussion mid- <br /> year. <br /> City Administrator Dave Perrault said staff will bring the discussion forward again in a couple <br /> of months. <br /> D. Council Request Tracker <br /> City Administrator Perrault and staff reviewed the Council Request Tracker with the City <br /> Council. After discussion the "Establish a Garden Club" item was removed due to the PTRC <br /> moving forward with the club.No new items were added. <br /> 2. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND STAFF UPDATES <br /> City Planner Mrosla said a letter from the Metropolitan Council was received saying the 2040 <br /> Comprehensive Plan was incomplete. There are some minor updates that will be made to tables <br /> and charts and it will be resubmitted. <br /> A discussion ensued regarding TCAAP. Council requested a Special Work Session with the City <br /> Attorney on February 25, <br /> City Administrator Perrault asked if the Council would give approval to cancel the March I 1 <br /> regular meeting due to lack of items, and it was agreed to cancel. It was suggested that Council <br /> submit dates they are not available in March and April to staff. <br /> Councilmember Scott commented on a recent luncheon event he attended with the 407 Civil <br /> Affairs Battalion. He also noted that the attended the Twin Cities North Chamber open house <br /> along with City Planner Mrosla. And he would like the audio issues in the Council chambers <br /> addressed. <br /> City Planner Mrosla commented that staff met with a Lyngblomsten representative and they are <br /> still interested in pursuing a project in Arden Hills.
