The first and second phases <br />would include interior renovations to the existing building to support the proposed addition and <br />the proposed addition. Construction would take place between summer 2019 and summer 2021. <br />Phases three, four, and five would involve interior renovations of existing buildings and is <br />anticipated to begin once the proposed addition is constructed and occupied. The current schedule <br />is to complete the proposed addition and all interior renovations by Fall 2023. <br />2. Higher <br />education campus uses, including but not limited to classrooms and laboratories, are allowed <br />conditional uses in this district. <br /> <br />2) Setbacks (Section 1320.06) <br />The minimum building setbacks in the Institutional District are 50 feet in the front yard, 20 feet in <br />the rear yard, and 10 feet in the side yard. Structures must be located a minimum of 100 feet from <br />abutting residential property. The proposed addition is located near the center of the campus and <br />would be located hundreds of feet from the nearest property line. <br />
