<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />PROJECT APPROACH <br /> <br />HR Green will develop a request for proposal that will give direction to the Owner’s current systems <br />integrator for providing pricing for the described project. This process will not include a formal bidding <br />process, contract specifications/drawings, or equipment specifications. <br /> <br />HR Green proposes to complete the following work tasks: <br /> <br />1. One site visit for gathering details and information. <br />2. Develop a request for proposal to include the following: <br />a. Description of existing system and control equipment. <br />b. Description of equipment replacement – to include manufacturer and part number <br />information. <br />c. Description of telemetry equipment addition and required functionality – to include <br />manufacturer and part number information. <br />d. Description of OmniSite monitoring equipment addition and required functionality – to <br />include manufacturer and part number information. <br />e. Description of required equipment demolition. <br />3. Solicitation of proposal from Owner’s preferred Systems Integrator (In Control). <br />4. Review System Integrators proposal and provide opinion of proposal to owner. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />HR Green will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />1. One Site Visit <br />2. Written Request for Proposal for replacement of Booster PLC System, Radio Telemetry <br />Addition, and OmniSite monitoring unit addition. <br />3. Written Review of Systems Integrators Proposal with Engineers Opinion. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1. Arden Hills authorizes HR Green to begin - TBD <br />2. Kick-off meeting – within 1 week of authorization <br />3. Radio Path Study Completed and Provided to HR Green <br />4. Draft Request for Proposal review meeting – within 5 weeks of receipt of the Radio Path Study <br />5. Final Request for Proposal – within 2 weeks of draft Request for Proposal review meeting <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Additional Services are not included in this Agreement. If authorized under a Supplemental Agreement <br />HR Green could furnish or obtain from others the following services: <br />1. Additional site visits or on-site meetings beyond what is described above are not anticipated or <br />included. <br />2. Bidding or construction services and administration. <br /> <br />
