<br /> Total General Fund revenues for 2018 were $4,882,681, which was $8,052 (0.2 percent) over the final
<br />budget. Licenses and permits ($201,844) and charges for services ($27,103) were over budget, due to
<br />conservative budgeting for these sources. Taxes were $216,414 below anticipated levels, due to
<br />abatements and adjustments on delinquent balances.

<br />Total General Fund revenues for 2018 were $348,459 (6.7 percent) less than prior year. Licenses and
<br />permits and charges for services decreased $202,753 and $162,236, respectively, due to decreased
<br />building activity in the current year.
