Licenses and permits ($201,844) and charges for services ($27,103) were over budget, due to <br />conservative budgeting for these sources. Taxes were $216,414 below anticipated levels, due to <br />abatements and adjustments on delinquent balances. <br /> <br />The following graph presents the City’s General Fund revenues by source for the last five years. Licenses and <br />permits and charges for services decreased $202,753 and $162,236, respectively, due to decreased <br />building activity in the current year. <br />
