As stated previously the <br />proposed conveyor belt system runs non-stop, thus reducing wait times and vehicle stacking as <br />vehicles can enter the car wash five (5) to ten (10) feet apart. As a condition of approval, the <br />Applicant and staff shall review traffic operations after three (3) months of car wash operation. <br />The Applicant shall implement any improvements recommended by the City Engineer at that time. <br /> <br />
