'It <br /> -AVEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2019-020 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE COLLEEN AVENUE DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Colleen Avenue Drainage <br /> Improvements Project,bids were received,opened,and tabulated according to the law,and the following <br /> bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Pember Companies, Inc. $250,247.00 <br /> G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. $254,978.00 <br /> Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. $299,463.25 <br /> Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $367,877.54 <br /> New Look Contracting, Inc. $444,078.15 <br /> Meyer Contracting, Inc. $446,393.92 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Pember Companies, Inc. of Menomonie, Wisconsin, is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder, <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br /> with Pember Companies, Inc. Menomonie, Wisconsin in the name of the City of Arden Hills for <br /> the Collen Avenue Drainage Improvements Project according to the plans and specifications <br /> therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
