RICE CREEK NORTH REGIONAL TRAIL MASTER PLAN | 15 <br />• Bridge linking the Regional Trail to Long Lake Regional Park and the Rice Creek West Regional Trail <br />Overall the Rice Creek North Regional Trail currently contains: <br />• 7.75 miles of bituminous trail <br />• 1.24 miles of combined cross country ski and hiking trails <br />• 5.9 miles of navigable water as part of the Rice Creek Water Trail <br />• 3 Canoe and kayak launch sites to the water trail <br />• 2 dedicated trailheads with parking for 67 vehicles <br />• 1 Restroom building at the Lexington Avenue North Trailhead <br />• 8 additional community access points <br />• Links with the greater metropolitan parks and trails system including: <br /> - Long Lake Regional Park <br /> - Rice Creek West Regional Trail <br /> - Rice Creek North Regional Trail (Anoka County) <br /> - Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve <br /> - East Anoka County Regional Trail <br />Pine Entrance to North Segment
