ORDINANCE NO.2019-004 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 1305—RULES, SCOPE,INTERPRETATION,& <br /> DEFINITIONS, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 13 —Zoning Code, Section 1305 —Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br /> Definitions, subsection 1305.04 Definitions, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> - Floor area. Means the sum of the horizontal area of all floors of a <br /> building measured from the exterior faces of the exterior walls, or from the <br /> centerline of walls separating two buildings, Excluding: decks, garages, covered <br /> porches conforming with Section 1325.03 Subd 2.1); attics, crawl spaces and <br /> basements that do not meet the minimum ceiling height per Minnesota State <br /> Building Code requirements. <br /> SECTION 2.
