<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: April 16, 2019 <br /> <br />TO: Parks Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Sara Knoll, Parks and Recreation Coordinator <br /> Joe Vaughan, Recreation Programmer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: 2018/2019 Winter Ice Rink Participation <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills Recreation Programmer Joe Vaughan collected the participation information <br />for the 2018/2019 Winter Ice Skating Season. <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills had 4 rinks open this season – Cummings Park, Freeway Park, Hazelnut <br />Park and Perry Park. Hazelnut Park had a temporary warming house brought in to be used for <br />this winter. <br /> <br />This year Freeway had the most use with around 1300 skaters.
