The <br />property is located at 1718 Parkshore Drive. The property is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential <br />District and is guided as Medium Density Residential on the Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />The City Council will be asked to hold the required public hearing for Planning Case 19-002 under <br />Agenda Item 8A on July 22, 2019. A full evaluation of the proposed redevelopment and supporting <br />attachments are included in the staff report under Agenda Item 8A. The remainder of this memo <br />focuses on the requested approvals, findings of fact and the staff recommended conditions if a <br />motion to approve is made. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
