CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-023 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />AMENDMENT FOR SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1718, 1720, 1722 PARKSHORE DRIVE <br />AND 4177 OLD HIGHWAY 10 ROAD TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR <br />REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council on <br />January 14, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 2019, the City Council considered an application from Summit <br />Development for an amendment to the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan to change the future <br />land use designation of the property located at 1718, 1720, 1722 Parkshore Drive and 4177 Old <br />Highway 10 Road from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 2019, the City Council approved the proposed Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment application for Summit Development at 1718, 1720, 1722 Parkshore Drive and 4177 Old <br />Highway 10 Road, subject to review by the Metropolitan Council pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />§473.864; and <br />NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.City Staff is directed to submit the Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application for Summit <br />Development at 1718, 1720, 1722 Parkshore Drive and 4177 Old Highway 10 Road to <br />the Metropolitan Council for review. <br />ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 2019, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills. <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />By: ________________________________ <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
