203059v1 ORDINANCE NO. 2019-006 CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ZONING CODE SECTION 1315.01, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE REZONING PROPERTY TO R4 - MULTIPLE-DWELLING DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows to R-1 Single Family Residential District: Lot 1 Block 1 of North Ridge Apartments Addition, PID 213023440013 SECTION 2. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District: Lot 2 Block 1 of North Ridge Apartments Addition, PID 213023440014 SECTION 3. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District: Lot 3 Block 1 of North Ridge Apartments Addition, PID 213023430025 SECTION 4. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District: Lot 4 Block 1 of North Ridge Apartments Addition, PID 213023440015 SECTION 5. The official zoning map adopted in Section 1315.01 of the Arden Hills City Code shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the zoning map on file in the City Clerk’s office shall be appropriately marked for the purposes of indicating the rezoning provided in this ordinance. SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall not be effective until the Metropolitan Council has approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
