Motion to Approve Change Order No. 2 and Payment No. 2 (Final Payment) — <br /> Odessa II—Cummings Park Playground Redevelopment Project <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended removing Items C and <br /> G and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 8. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> A. Motion to Approve CTV Equipment Upgrade <br /> City Administrator Perrault stated CTV presented to the City Council at their May 22, 2019 <br /> work session, a proposal to update the Council Chambers AN equipment; the City Council <br /> reviewed the proposal and directed CTV to move forward with the upgrade proposal at a <br /> subsequent Council meeting. The proposed schedule to move forward is: -June 24: Council <br /> approval -July 30—August 8: Installation of equipment -August 14: Project completion CTV will <br /> provide a temporary work-around for any meetings that would be affected <br /> Councilmember Scott commented he understood there were problems with the microphones and <br /> asked if these would be addressed during the upgrades. He explained he was concerned with the <br /> throughput and buffering that would be created by going to HD video for meeting streaming. He <br /> recommended this item be tabled until the City could receive some guarantees that the new video <br /> streaming would not have a buffering problem. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Scott moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a table <br /> action on the CTV Equipment Upgrade until additional testing could be <br /> completed on the throughput of the video streaming.
