<br />The complete amendments are included in Attachment B. <br /> <br />The proposed language is intended to codify the need for a tree preservation plan prior to clear - <br />cutting a site. Clearcutting is part of a larger infill development discussion. Staff is meeting <br />with the City of Edina staff on August 15th to discuss their ordinances and policies in regards to <br />residential infill development. Following the meeting with Edina, staff intends on having future <br />discussions on setbacks, neighborhood characteristics, and infill construction management. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />Attachment A: Draft Ordinance, dated August 20, 2019 <br />Attachment B: New Language
