The increase in contractual services is partly <br />due to the purchase of Pagefreezer software and a budget for computer replacements. <br />2020 BUDGET <br /> Fund # : <br />Activity # : <br />City Administration provides the overall direction of the City, as determined by the City Council. The City <br />Administrator serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the City, ensuring that laws, ordinances, and resolutions <br />of the City Council are enforced and implemented. The Administration Department is responsible for <br />administering Council policies, coordinating Council agendas, and providing support to other functional areas <br />within the City. <br />1.
