APPROVAL OF AGENDAPUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONALThis is an opportunity for citizens to bring to the Council ’s attention any items not currently on the agenda which are relevant to the City. In addressing the Council, you must first state your name and address for the record. To allow adequate time for each person wishing to address the Council, speakers must limit their comments to three (3) minutes. Written documents may be distributed to the Council prior to the meeting to allow a more timely presentation. Speakers should not use obscene, profane, or threatening language, or make personal attacks. Matters of litigation involving the City shall not be discussed during Public Inquiry by citizens or Council. The Council may not respond to speaker comments, engage in a debate, or take any action on the issues raised by citizens, but may direct City staff to research or follow up on an issue, if desired by Council. If Council directs further review by staff, the results of that review will be presented at a following regular Council meeting.RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIESPublic Inquiry Responses From July 22, 2019 City Council MeetinglArden Hills Notes (City Newsletter) - Arden Manor l Resident 2018 PMP and Other Questions Dave Perrault, City AdministratorMEMO.PDFSTAFF COMMENTS
Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) And Joint Development Authority (JDA) Update
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Transportation Update
Todd Blomstrom, Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer
MEMO.PDF
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
July 15, 2019 City Council Work Session
07 -15 -19 -WS.PDF
July 22, 2019 Special City Council Executive Session (Closed)
07 -22 -19 -SEC.PDF
July 22, 2019 Regular City Council
07 -22 -19 -R.PDF
August 5, 2019 Special City Council Executive Session (Closed)
08 -05 -19 -SEC.PDF
CONSENT CALENDAR
Those items listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the
City Council and will be enacted by one motion under a Consent Calendar format.
There will be no separate discussion of these items, unless a Councilmember so
requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the general order of business
and considered separately in its normal sequence on the agenda.
Motion To Approve Claims And Payroll
Gayle Bauman, Finance Director
Pang Silseth, Finance Analyst
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Approve Resignation Of Public Works Maintenance Worker
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Authorize Recruitment Process For Public Works Maintenance Worker
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
Motion To Approve AUAR Update
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
ATTACHMENT A.PDF
ATTACHMENT B.PDF
Motion To Approve Resolution 2019 -026 Ordering The Preparation Of Feasibility
Report –2020 Pavement Management Program (PMP)
Dave Perrault, City Administrator
MEMO.PDF
ATTACHMENT A.PDF
Motion To Approve Estimated Expenditures For Resurfacing Of Oak Avenue
Todd Blomstrom, Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer
MEMO.PDF
PULLED CONSENT ITEMS
Those items that are pulled from the Consent Calendar will be removed from the
general order of business and considered separately in its normal sequence on the
agenda.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
NEW BUSINESS
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
COUNCIL COMMENTS
ADJOURN
Mayor:David Grant Councilmembers:Brenda Holden Fran HolmesDave McClungSteve Scott Regular City Council AgendaAugust 26, 20197:00 p.m. City Hall Address:1245 W Highway 96 Arden Hills MN 55112 Phone:651 -792 -7800 Website : www.cityofardenhills.org City VisionArden Hills is a strong community that values its unique environmental setting, strong residential neighborhoods, vital business community, well -maintained infrastructure, fiscal soundness, and our long -standing tradition as a desirable City in which to live, work, and play.CALL TO ORDER1.2.3.3.A.Documents:4.
4.A.
Documents:
4.B.
Documents:
5.
5.A.
Documents:
5.B.
Documents:
5.C.
Documents:
5.D.
Documents:
6.
6.A.
Documents:
6.B.
Documents:
6.C.
Documents:
6.D.
Documents:
6.E.
Documents:
6.F.
Documents:
7.
8.
9.
10.
11.
