lt <br /> --AI�DE_N HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2019-026 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> THE 2020 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> Old Snelling Avenue from approximately 360 feet north of County Road E to <br /> Minnesota Trunk Highway 51 <br /> County Road E from Ridgewood Road to Pascal Avenue North <br /> and to assess the benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to as the 2020 Pavement Management Program <br /> for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br /> or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 26th DAY OF AUGUST,2019. <br /> 4.irl,., <br /> David Grant,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> J l e Hanson, City Clerk <br />
