ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JULY 22, 2019 20 <br /> Mayor Grant indicated he was not able to attend International Paper's celebration but stated he <br /> was pleased other Councilmembers were able to attend this event. <br /> Mayor Grant explained the TCAAP property was in litigation and the Council could not <br /> comment about items in litigation. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to adiourn.
