ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JULY 22, 2019 4 <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the June 24, 2019, Regular City Council meeting minutes; <br /> and July 8, 2019, Regular City Council meeting minutes as presented. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve 2nd Quarter Financials <br /> C. Motion to Transfer Fund Balance from General Fund to PIR Fund <br /> D. Motion to Appoint Associate Planner <br /> F. Motion to Cancel the August 12, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> G. rreti6ix—to Approve Sewer- Line Oyffiefship, vpercrcrorr--mi <br /> Agreement <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended removing Items 6E and <br /> 6G and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> A. Motion to Approve Mounds View High School Developer Agreement Extension <br /> Mayor Grant requested staff present this item to the Council. <br /> Community Development Manager/City Planner Mrosla stated the City Council approved the <br /> Master and Final Planned Unit Development for Mounds View High School on May 22, 2019, <br /> subject to several conditions. One of the conditions stated: <br /> 22. A Planned Unit Development Agreement shall be fully executed prior to July 31, 2019. <br /> Community Development Manager/City Planner Mrosla explained one of the issues to be <br /> addressed in the PUD Agreement is the design and delivery of the pedestrian improvements to <br /> Lake Valentine Road. Staff has been working with WSB to develop a scope of work for this <br /> project. The City Council will likely be asked to review and approve the scope at one of their <br /> meetings in August. Once approved, we can move forward with completing the PUD Agreement. <br /> Community Development Manager/City Planner Mrosla commented coordinating the details <br /> for the Agreement is taking longer than originally anticipated. As a result, staff is requesting the <br /> City Council extend the date for execution of the Development Agreement to September 30, 2019. <br /> This will allow time to complete the scope of work for the pedestrian improvements, and finalize <br /> the remaining details of the agreement. The Applicant has agreed to this extension. <br /> Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Blomstrom explained the Council had discussed <br /> the Capital Improvement Program at a recent worksession meeting.
