<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2019 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Nick Gehrig called to order the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Nick Gehrig, Commissioners James Lambeth, Subbaya Subramnian, Paul <br />Vijums, and Jonathan Wicklund. <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioners Steven Jones and Clayton Zimmerman. <br />Also present were: City Planner Matthew Mrosla, Planning Consultant Sarah Strain, and <br />Councilmember Dave McClung. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – JUNE 5, 2019 <br /> <br />Chair Gehrig stated the agenda will stand as published. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />May 8, 2019 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Lambeth requested a change to the minutes on Page 7, noting the planting <br />islands comment was made by him and not Commissioner Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lambeth moved, seconded by Commissioner Wicklund, to approve the May <br />8, 2019, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented.
