APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: The agenda was unanimously approved by the Committee. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. May 21, 2019 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: The minutes were approved by the Committee. <br /> <br />3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Summit Development Request for Land Change <br /> <br />Community Development Manager/City Planner Mrosla stated that Summit Development to <br />construct a three story senior living complex located at 1718 Parkshore Drive. The City owns the <br />adjacent park space to the west. Summit Development is asking the City to do a land exchange to <br />square off the property; in exchange for 0.37 acres of park land, Summit Development will give the <br />city 0.03 acres of their property. In return for allowing the land exchange, Summit Development <br />is proposing to construct a 20 foot wide fire lane access with surmountable curb. The fire lane <br />starts just to the west of the main entrance off the cul-de-sac. It is intended to serve a double
