CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, SIGN CODE, <br /> SECTIONS 1210 (DEFINITIONS), 1230 (EXEMPT AND <br /> PROHIBITED SIGNS),AND 1240 (GENERAL SIGN <br /> REGULATIONS) OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on September 23, 2019, Ordinance No. 2019-007 <br /> was adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br /> 2019-007,the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council <br /> amends Arden Hills City Code Chapter 12, Sign Code, Section 1210, Definitions, Section 1230, <br /> Exempt and Prohibited Signs, and Section 1240, General Sign Regulations.
