Bidding Process <br />Councilmember Holden stated that she wanted to change the evaluation process for engineering <br />projects, and bidding needs to be handled carefully. <br />I. Council Tracker <br />Councilmember Holden requested that I & I, Recreation Funding, and crack sealing on tennis <br />courts be added to the tracker. <br />2.
