Attachment A <br />(reserved for recording information) <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT and PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />(Developer Installed Improvements) <br />MOUNDS VIEW HIGH SCHOOL <br />THIS DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is dated September 9, 2019, by and between the CITY OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and Mounds View School District (ISD 621), a <br />Minnesota Independent School District, (the "Developer") <br />1. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL. The Developer has asked the City to approve a Planned <br />Unit Development for the combined use of the properties at 1900 and 1901 Lake Valentine Road for <br />Mounds View High School (referred to in this Contract as "Mounds View High School PUD "). The land is <br />situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and is legally described as set forth on Exhibit A <br />hereto ("Subject Property"). <br />2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br />A.
