Attachment B
m1 STATE AID FOR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION Rev. February 2018
DEPARTMENT Oi CHANGE ORDER
TRANSPORTATION
ATION
SP/SAP(s) 187-020-021 MN Project No.: Change Order No. 6
Project Location Old Snelling Trail, County Road E, and E2
Local Agency I Arden Hills I Local Project No.
Contractor Su ram Contracting Contract No.
Address/City/State/Zip 20010 75th Ave north, Corcoran, MN 55340
Total Change Order Amount $ 31,255.57
During the construction of the project it was determined that the addition of twenty-one catch
basins to the original design post bid caused an additional cost and time requirement for the
contractor. The curb was originally planned to be placed using a machine, but the extra catch
basins resulted in more hand work being necessary. The contractor performed the additional
work but asked for additional compensation because of the change in design.
During construction of the project it was requested from Ramsey County that additional traffic
control was required on Old Snelling Road and County Road E2. These changes were not shown
on the original traffic control plan and required the continuation of a lane shift on both roadways.
These changes were made during the project and remained in place until the roadway was
completed at the end of the year (approximately 5 months).
