It' <br /> --AEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2019-033 <br /> Resolution Relating to the City of Arden Hills Official Newspaper <br /> WHEREAS, the 2019 official newspaper of record of the City of Arden Hills, the <br /> Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin, is no longer in existence; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the City Council must <br /> designate an official newspaper of the City for the remainder of 2019. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council designates the <br /> Pioneer Press as official newspaper of the City through December 31, 2019. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 14TH DAY OF OCTOBER,2019. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> F <br /> Jul' Hanson, City Clerk <br />
