City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy ,` Effective February 29, 2016 <br />UQf lu.i_s Amended October 28, 2019 <br />employees must communicate their absence to their supervisor or in their absence the <br />City Administrator or his/her designee. <br />If one of the above employees is regularly absent from work under this policy and it is <br />found that there is excessive time away from work, the situation will be handled as a <br />performance issue. Additional notification and approval requirements may be adopted by <br />the City Administrator or his/her designee for specific situations as determined <br />necessary. <br />
